We make planning feel like a conversation.
TheXperience is built by a small team in Chennai that spends a lot of time around the people who organise events and everyone who helps make them happen.
Where it started
Everyone we met who organises events ran it out of the same four things: a phone full of WhatsApp threads, a spreadsheet with too many tabs, a Drive folder with the same PDF saved six times, and their own memory. The work was excellent. The tooling was not.
The usual answer is a project management tool with an events template bolted on. It doesn't fit, because an event isn't a list of tasks. It's a brief that keeps changing, a guest list that keeps growing, a set of vendors who each need a slightly different version of the truth, and a client who wants to see the whole thing in one beautiful document.
So we built the workspace around that brief. You describe the event in your own words and TheXperience turns it into the documents you would have written anyway, then keeps them in sync as the plan moves.

The software exists to make whoever runs the event look brilliant to the people they're doing it for. It never gets between them.

If the guest count changes, the budget, the rooms and the shuttle plan should already know. Copying numbers between tools is where events go wrong.

We pass model costs through at cost, show you where every credit went, and never gate basic planning behind the AI.
Who we are
We are a bootstrapped company. The same people who design TheXperience answer the support inbox, sit in on onboarding calls and read every RSVP export that goes wrong. We would rather ship a smaller product that works on the day of the event than a larger one that doesn't.
